Our Hardiness Zone is 6a , but because of our forested belongings we have a bit of amicroclimateand are capable to grow some plants that would not do well in this country otherwise . We have been gardening here for almost 40 years and have been featured in many Canadian magazines . We have two koiponds ; progress the last one was a huge undertaking , as many careen had to be get in . The pool features two skimmers , a peat bog with an undergravel blowout organisation , and a large waterfall . We have VERY big koi , and they eat a pile . We also have peacocks , Pete and Pat , and have enjoyed seeing them raise their many progeny .

We have over 175rhododendrons , over 100hydrangeas , and many unique plants . Many of the plants have beenpropagatedon the property fromseed , layering , orcuttings .
