One of my favorites things to do in my garden is put together footling vignettes of junk I ’ve picked up at garage sales , thrift stores , estate sales or flea marketplace and contain them into different areas of my garden . This post is filled with wad of pictures of some of these piddling garden interior decoration grouping I ’ve put together over the years . Vintage Milk River cans calculate amazing in a flush garden . They work great as planters . I ca n’t get the lid off of this modest size time of origin milk can , so I just set the handbasket on top of it .

Old Ladders as Garden Decor

Perhaps you have an honest-to-god ladder tucked away in a gardening shed . This ladder was an estate sale receive several years ago and it ’s made an appearance in my garden every yr since then .
Most of the little junk pieces or knick knacks are also easy to find at thrift stores , flea food market , garage sales , or estate sales . This is the same ravel styled totally unlike .

Using Upcycled Chairs in the Garden
This honest-to-god chair was missing the rear , so I was able-bodied to snag it for a few sawbuck at an antique store several years ago . I did n’t care if it had a seat , because I know forthwith that only a pot of peak was ever go to sit down on it .

The hub knew I was count for an old piddle ticker to expend in the gardens and he found this one . It was in pretty amazing soma , but we used a wire brush to cleanse it , and then spray paint it . The updated urine pump still has a cool chippy old look and it adds some graphic symbol to this whisky barrel plantation owner . Spray pigment is an awesome way of life to spruce up or change the look of your flea market finds .
Finally , here ’s my rubble garden this year . I do it putting this together . As I stated earlier , both the ladder and garden cart came from the three estates sales . Hubby made the bench several eld ago and it ’s now showing historic period which I have a go at it . All the other stuff and nonsense just came from my appeal of garden decor and junk . apologise the shadow of yours truly in the picture . Some day this old shed will become one of my makeover projection , which will be fun because I ’ve always wanted a “ she - shed ” . That ’s fairly far down on the project lean though .
