I have always loved baking and I can vividly remember when I see to make cheesecakes . It was something I did not grow up learning how to make and when I ’d ask fellowship appendage about making cheesecake , I ’d usually get the quick answer “ it ’s too much of a hassle . ”

Well I am the sort of baker who appreciates a bit of a challenge , especially when it is something that reverse out delicious . It ’s a small disappointing when you go through all the work only to find out it ’s not even that good .

How to Make a Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Crust :

1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Graham Crackers ( about 10 whole crackers )

1/4 loving cup Sugar

Caramel Apple Cheesecake

5 tbsp . Buter , melted

Caramel Mixture :

10 oz . Bag of Kraft Caramels ( about 35 wrapped caramels )

2/3 cup Evaporated Milk River

fill :

2 ( 8 oz . ) Packages of Cream Cheese , soften

2 tbsp . Sour Cream

1 tbsp . Corn Starch

1/2 cupful Sugar

2 ball

Apple Mixture :

1 1/2 cups Finely hack Apples

1 tbsp . Flour

1 tbsp . refined sugar

1 tsp . Cinnamon

top :

1/2 cupful Chopped Pecans ( for cheesecake top and crust topping )

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

pose a greased 9 column inch springform genus Pan on a two-fold piece of operose responsibility aluminum foil , then wrap it around the pan securely .
